Great job guys, before it was a little iffy to call it good on the ipad but with the new update its perfect! Smooth graphics and on full screen gives it a better playing experience..gotta love the classics :) thank you

Thank you Sega for allowing Christian Whitehead to produce this awesomely creative remaster! The graphics, sound and gameplay remind me of the first time I played Sonic 2. One minor thing is that when you duck in the act 2 boss the water doesnt bounce off sonics head. But pure awesomeness is packed into this game.

I bough this this awesome game and I was waitting so hard for that update (to save levels) !! Thanks SEGA !!

Some bad moments

Controls need a bigger size. It wont let me restart the level and oil zone is way too hard!!!!!

I love sonic and am super disappointed at the controls of this game. How do you seriously properly play this with such awful controls.

Great game on genesis. But Why is this game only taking up the corner of my iPhone screen the games menu uses the full screen. Please upgrade to fit the 6 plus! Then Ill change my rating to 5 stars for now 1

They need to update this game for the iPhone 6 as there are huge black bars at the top and right side of the phone when playing.

Predictably terrible on screen controls. Not fun. Wish I could get a refund.

If you put rings in final zone sonic 1 app then you got to put rings the death egg rings
