Sega is taking forever making the third game mobile. I want to play icecap zone! Please make it happen! For a sonic fan! P.s I want hyper sonic or tails or knuckles

The touch-based controls ruin this classic.

Sonic, itself, is just fun on its own. But, the ability to enter all of the old secret codes for super sonic and the debug menu, makes this game completely awesome. The box art is a really nice touch as well. You really do get to experience all of the old things that made sonic 2 so great.

The game is fun in the sense its fun to just zoom around art everywhere through loo pity loops, but the sections where the game tries to ramp up the difficulty really break the flow of gameplay and seemed more designed to annoy rather than challenge...

Thanks for bringing back debug for sonic one and two Sega This is a really good game for all gamers and for the last time Sega PLEASE MAKE SONIC 3 AND KNUCKLES FOR THE IOS PLEASE I BEG OF YOU PLEASE I BELIVE IN YOU YOU NEED THIS AND SONIC MAINIA AND SONIC PROJECT 2017 TO BRING BACK SONIC

Sonic 2 if you havent played it, just wow, play it now

As an frequent gamer Sonic The HedgeHog is one of my most beloved games.As someone who didnt grow up with some sonic games this one look fun.I started to look up cheats just like the original I play about 5 weeks ago to see it did.Just like normal you can have super sonic and no clips.

Great port of a already excellent game! A bunch of new features and modes! Honestly this game is 5 times better than the original.

Does anyone know how to save memory on the save slots?

This port adds everything that a classic Sonic fan would want out of Sonic 2, even one of the zones that was scrapped from the original game has been restored just for this. You even unlock a certain red character to play as if youre able to overcome the hellish challenge known as the Death Egg Robot. The only thing I find thats holding this port back is its touch controls. Platformers dont do well with touch control as you need some sort of tactile feedback to really conquer the controls, but I guess it cant be helped. As a crazy classic fanboy, I give this a 9.7/10

I can relive my childhood with no bugs. The menu screen is amazing and has great music to get you in the mood for some nostalgia :)

Sonic is back, and better than ever! With new sidekick tails, you have a cute little guy helping. My only complaint is that there isnt 2 player in story mode. And for the people who want sonic 3 and Knuckles on the App Store, face it. Sega would need to pay something to Michael Jaxon and as he is, well you know, Sega Cant make it. If this isnt the case Sega, then give sonic 3 and Knuckles a soundtrack switch thing for the original and remake. So if they cant, respect that but if they can, have it released.

Predictably terrible on screen controls. Not fun. Wish I could get a refund.

Its really hard to beat metal sonic whiteout the homing attack

Need to come out with a Sonic & Knuckles game to complete the saga! Must buy if you are/were a Sega owner.

Nice game but when are you gonna make the other zones i know the sound test secret thing for proto palace but what about have to of them? A sound test for the previous and the level select for the other levels like dusty hills and stuff.But dont add genocide city. Anyway the beta of sonic 2 genocide city you just fall until you get a game over. And atleast make sonic the hedgehog 3. It means a lot to me.
