Love this update to Sonic 2. Christian Whitehead out did themselves. - Super Sonic is fixed. Doesnt automatically start after a jump. - hidden palace is a great addition - special stages got a hd facelift and its easier. - Boss rush intense Please come out with Sonic 3 and Knuckles!!!!!!

Please offer iCloud sync between multiple iOS devices. I wish to continue playing where I left off on my Apple TV, or iPhone. Its easy to do, please, would be very useful.

This game will not install! It sits on the springboard and says waiting. Im tried to delete it, and it remains on the springboard. Ive restarted my phone and its still there waiting. Please fix

This has everything I love from the Genesis version, along with new levels, online multiplayer, and saved progress! The nostalgia is overwhelming! 5 stars automatically!

How do you unlock the new level? I already completed the game with sonic and nothing happened...?

Fantastic port of the classic Sonic 2. Gameplay is very fun and nostalgic on Apple TV using the Nimbus remote. However - PLEASE add local co-op support! It would be awesome if two players could control Sonic and Tails simultaneously like in the Genesis days (or was that only Sonic 3?). In my opinion this is a major missing feature. Also, PLEASE add Sonic 3 (& Knuckles) to the App Store, also with local co-op support!

The controls are atrocious. Cannot play bonus stages or regular stages with clunky, unresponsive controls. Might be better to buy a Bluetooth game pad. Maybe.

These last two old Sonic games were amazing but I think it would be a lot better if Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles should be released

Sonic is meant for ATV. It is true to form. Great job! Sonic 3 needs to be released even if some of the content may change. Anyone having problems with finishing Wing Fortress Zone? I cant seem to get across the disappearing platforms after Sonic is sucked out the aircraft.

One year after the world saw the birth of an international icon, the fastest thing alive is back at it again with a new round of ways to end the plot of Dr. Robotnik. Sonic finally encounters one who has super speed just like him, but much more smarts and much less wits than Sonic. Sonic and Tails subsequently become the best known alliance in fiction that possibly is more popular than Mario and Luigi. Let me get my biggest point out of the way. Casino Night Zone? That is a way to treat and get rid of a gambling addiction. It is one of my favorite zones in the existence of Sonic the Hedgehog. Only in this port is the zone improved. Also, Sega is quite cunning to have Knuckles as an available character, deeming it impossible to beat Robotnik in space due to the shortened height of Knuckles jumps. In reality, it is easy to beat Robotnik as Knuckles. Quite a tricky move by Sega there. This game is just the start of a brand new day for the blue blue. The day has yet to end. There is nothing that needs tone brought to the attention of Sega about this app besides the fact everyone did a phenomenal job making this port. Sonic the Hedgehog 1 was cool, but Sonic the Hedgehog 2 leaves fire in its footsteps. Play the game!
